n bazi Terms & Conditions

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and n bazi (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully before registering or using the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use n bazi.

n bazi is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed exclusively for adult players in Bangladesh. The platform operates in English and supports transactions denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All game outcomes, promotional terms, and account conditions are governed by these Terms and any supplementary rules published on the platform from time to time.

By accessing n bazi, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes; (c) you are not acting on behalf of any third party; (d) you are not a professional player using systematic strategies prohibited under these Terms; and (e) you understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered on the platform.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version (if any), the English version shall prevail. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is 1 January 2026. n bazi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with the Amendments section below.

To be eligible to register and use n bazi, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform from a location where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an n bazi employee or any game studio provider whose games are offered on the platform.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded from n bazi or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction that would make your participation on the platform unsafe or irresponsible.

n bazi reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within the period requested, n bazi may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Where n bazi has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately, all transactions since the date of suspected underage use will be reviewed, and any winnings generated during that period will be voided. Any deposited funds that can be confirmed as belonging to the minor will be returned to the original payment method.

To access the full features of n bazi — including placing wagers, claiming bonuses, and processing withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free and available to eligible individuals aged 18 and above.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, an active email address, and a secure password. You must not use a pseudonym, a name other than your own legal name, or any false information during registration. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on n bazi. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device configurations — is strictly prohibited. n bazi uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all accounts will be closed, all bonuses will be voided, and any withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending investigation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

n bazi is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above the applicable threshold. The KYC process requires you to submit: (a) a clear photograph or scan of a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport); (b) a recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile banking statement confirming your registered address; and (c) confirmation of the payment method(s) used for deposits. KYC documents must be submitted via the account verification portal within the n bazi account dashboard. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of submission during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. n bazi strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. You must notify n bazi immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. n bazi will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain adequate account security or has shared login credentials with a third party.

All financial transactions on n bazi are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). n bazi does not charge currency conversion fees and does not hold player funds in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuing bank approval)

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. The minimum deposit via bank transfer or card is ৳500. Deposits via mobile banking are credited to your n bazi account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect depending on network conditions. n bazi does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed and approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission for standard accounts. Gold and Black Diamond VIP members benefit from priority withdrawal processing, typically within 4 to 12 hours. n bazi reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

Payment Security & Anti-Money Laundering

n bazi operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All deposits and withdrawals are monitored for unusual patterns. Transactions that appear inconsistent with normal gaming activity may be flagged for review and withheld pending investigation. Players are prohibited from using n bazi as a mechanism for transferring funds between individuals or for any purpose other than personal entertainment wagering.

n bazi offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions timed to events such as Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL cricket season. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented to you in your account.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by n bazi are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements"). The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the offer description before you opt in. Until the wagering requirement is met in full, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each offer. If the validity period expires before the requirement is met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the following contribution rates apply: slots — 100%; live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) — 10%; crash games — 20%; sports betting — 50%. Games that are specifically excluded from bonus wagering will be listed in the individual offer terms.

Bonus Abuse

n bazi employs automated monitoring to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Practices that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine engagement; using external software to track outcomes and systematically exploit bonus structures; and withdrawing immediately after satisfying the minimum wagering requirement across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, n bazi reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the player's account, and block future registrations from the associated device and payment methods.

Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

n bazi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not affect bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account and for which wagering is in progress. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions via the email address registered to their account.

n bazi offers a curated library of online casino games and sports betting markets sourced from internationally recognised third-party providers. Each game category is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before wagering real money.

Random Number Generators

All casino games available on n bazi — including slots, crash games, virtual table games, and live casino titles — use certified random number generators (RNGs) embedded within the game software supplied by the respective studio. These RNGs have been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. n bazi does not modify, influence, or interfere with the RNG outputs of any game on the platform.

Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time from purpose-built studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. All live table outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained human dealers and captured by high-definition cameras. By participating in live casino games, you acknowledge that the dealer's decisions are final once a round has concluded and that no claim of error will be accepted after the fact except in the case of a documented technical failure confirmed by the provider.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on n bazi — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and all Bangladesh Tigers international cricket fixtures — are governed by the n bazi Sports Betting Rules published in the Sports section of the platform. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided, n bazi's standard settlement rules as published will apply. Pre-match odds are locked at the time a wager is placed. In-play odds are subject to change in real time; the odds confirmed at the moment of bet placement are the operative odds.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting game outcome, n bazi reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. Malfunctions that cannot be attributed to the platform or its providers (e.g., player-side internet connectivity failures) do not entitle the player to a refund of lost wagers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the n bazi platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension and likely permanent closure of the associated account:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error are void and will not be paid out.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform to launder money, transfer funds between individuals, or facilitate any transaction that is not a genuine personal entertainment wager.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once or circumventing account-level restrictions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or support communication.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith after a wager has been placed and settled.
• Using another person's payment method or account credentials to deposit or withdraw funds without that person's explicit consent.
• Engaging in any conduct that n bazi reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity, fairness, or reputation of the platform.

n bazi employs real-time fraud detection technology that continuously monitors account behaviour, transaction patterns, and game activity. Where suspicious activity is detected, the affected account will be placed under review. During the review period, the account will be restricted from making withdrawals. n bazi will communicate the outcome of any fraud review to the player via their registered email address within 10 business days of initiating the review.

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your n bazi account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal timeline. Bonus balances that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon closure. Real-money balances that have completed all required wagering will be returned to your designated payment method.

Involuntary Suspension

n bazi reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to an account at any time without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder is under 18 years of age; (b) the account is being used in breach of these Terms; (c) fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected; (d) the account holder has filed an unjustified chargeback with their payment provider; or (e) a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request has been received requiring the account to be restricted.

Permanent Closure for Breach

Where a breach of these Terms is confirmed following investigation, n bazi may permanently close the account, void all pending and historical bonus-related winnings, withhold balances attributable to fraudulent activity, and block future registrations from the associated device identifiers, email addresses, and payment methods. n bazi will not be liable for any losses incurred by a player as a result of an account closure carried out in good faith pursuant to these Terms.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or up to 5 years. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. During a self-exclusion period, login is disabled and the account cannot be used to place wagers or claim bonuses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n bazi's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

n bazi shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings arising from game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or platform downtime.
• Loss of data, account access, or account funds arising from the player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Loss arising from the player's reliance on information provided on the platform that was subsequently found to be inaccurate due to a technical error.
• Financial harm arising from a player's decision to gamble beyond their personal financial means.
• Indirect losses arising from platform downtime, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or third-party payment processing delays.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit n bazi's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The n bazi platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While n bazi takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and accuracy, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times. Players use the platform at their own risk.

n bazi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to platform features, payment methods, legal requirements, or responsible gaming obligations. The effective date of the most recent version will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Where changes to these Terms are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, wagering conditions, or payment terms — n bazi will provide at least 7 days' prior notice to registered players via their registered email address before the changes take effect. For minor or non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarification of existing provisions, or administrative updates), n bazi may update the Terms immediately without advance notice.

Your continued use of the n bazi platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms. n bazi will process a closure request received within 14 days of a material amendment notification without applying any early-closure penalties to your real-money balance.
